I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful canyon view from my room. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, but unfortunately, the thin walls made it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. The service was friendly and accommodating, with the restaurant chef even sending over a special meal. However, I found the pricing a bit steep for certain services. The location was ideal for nature lovers, surrounded by pine trees near the canyons, offering a peaceful atmosphere. Dining options required a short walk to another hotel, but the food was satisfying. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel has a good location with beautiful views of the canyon and is close to the Chepe train station. However, the rooms are dated, cold, and the walls are thin, making it easy to hear neighbors. The service was lacking, as they tried to overcharge for drinks and were rude. Despite these drawbacks, the dining experience was pleasant with included meals at a nearby hotel, and the facilities were adequate.
